Iron Software needed a better built-in cart and checkout experience than their previous off-site redirect flow, especially for a licensing page that serves both self-serve and enterprise buyers. After switching to FastSpring as their core distributor and using FastSpring’s Popup Storefront, they saw strong growth, but they wanted to test whether a newer embedded checkout could improve conversions even further.
FastSpring implemented the Embedded checkout option for Iron Software, replacing the popup experience on the licensing page. The result was up to a 40% increase in conversions, adding to the 40–50% revenue growth Iron Software had already seen over the prior 3–4 years with FastSpring.
