Avid, an audio, music, video, and media technology company, needed a merchant of record and payment platform that could launch quickly, integrate cleanly with its existing stack, and support subscription management without disrupting the customer journey. FastSpring delivered a full integration and launch in under three weeks, connected to more than 60 integration points, and provided responsive onboarding, subscription migration support, and platform flexibility. Avid also gained local currency support and new payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay, which represented about 4% of transactions within the first few weeks; FastSpring expects this to improve future billing success and reduce churn as subscriptions renew.
