Streamlining Segregation of Duties for SOX Compliance in Oracle ERP Cloud with Fastpath Assure®

The Trade Desk, a fast-growing, public ad-buying technology company, needed to tighten Sarbanes–Oxley (SOX) controls and improve segregation of duties after migrating to Oracle Cloud ERP. Having already used Fastpath with Intacct, The Trade Desk selected Fastpath and its Fastpath Assure solution (including Audit Trail and Segregation of Duties capabilities) to meet SOX and SDLC requirements and fill gaps in Oracle’s native reporting.

Fastpath implemented Fastpath Assure with an off-the-shelf Oracle ruleset and the Audit Trail module, going fully live in July 2019. As a result, more than 1,200 global users (including 100+ accounting and finance staff) are monitored through Fastpath, the revenue team can generate critical change reports, auditors are satisfied after multi-year comparisons, and the company now meets SOX requirements while reducing manual controls and supporting regular SoD reviews.
