Curtiss, a design-driven luxury electric motorcycle maker, needed flexible, on-demand manufacturing to produce complex, design-led parts and speed prototype-to-production cycles. To meet this challenge Curtiss partnered with Fast Radius and used the Carbon DLS process to pursue a scalable production approach without the cost and lead-time of traditional manufacturers.

Fast Radius delivered a long-term, on-demand production partnership with hand-off project management and economic efficiencies, using Carbon DLS to support rapid iterations and production readiness. The collaboration resulted in roughly 160 parts per bike, Fast Radius producing about 90% of the BOM, and one-month order cycles—enabling Curtiss to cut costs, accelerate design turnaround, and scale more quickly against larger competitors.
