Quadient, a leading European supplier of mailroom equipment, sought to improve the efficiency and flexibility of its technical field service operations. To address challenges with scheduling installations, maintenance, and rapid response calls, they partnered with FAST LEAN SMART and implemented its FLS VISITOUR solution, which was integrated with their existing Siebel CRM system.
FAST LEAN SMART provided a real-time scheduling solution that dynamically optimized and coordinated appointments for over 120 technicians across Germany and Austria. The implementation delivered significant cost savings and improved customer service by enabling rapid reaction to emergency calls and instantly updating schedules. The success of the project led Quadient's parent company in France to also select FLS VISITOUR for a wider rollout.
