REWE Markt GmbH, a leading German food retail corporation, sought to enhance its online supermarket delivery service. FAST LEAN SMART’s solution integrated FLS VISITOUR directly with REWE’s online shop to provide real-time appointment availability and calculate highly optimized delivery routes. The FLS MOBILE app enabled drivers to receive routes and report back their status, ensuring central planning had live updates. This resulted in significantly improved appointment planning and cost efficiency, process automation, and the ability to support operational growth. The success was confirmed when REWE’s delivery service received multiple awards, including being named “Best online delivery service” by CHIP magazine.
