Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) was seeking a major technological transformation to support its national development goals under the Vision 2030 Jamaica plan. To overcome the limitations of its legacy systems and improve efficiency, the government agency partnered with Fast Enterprises to implement a new, integrated Revenue Administration Information System (RAIS).

Fast Enterprises successfully implemented the RAIS solution, which consolidated 29 tax types and automated previously manual processes. The results were significant, including giving customers the ability to manage their accounts online and providing TAJ with real-time data analysis. This led to increased operational efficiency and surpassed revenue targets; in the first year, collections reached $284 billion against a $266 billion goal. The project was completed on schedule, with its final rollout in September 2016, marking a successful partnership between Fast Enterprises and the Jamaican team.
