The results included dramatically shorter transaction times, a major increase in customer satisfaction, and the elimination of erroneous law enforcement tickets due to new real-time data. The project was completed successfully across multiple rollouts from 2014 to 2016, transforming the agency's operations and providing a flexible, robust platform for the future.
