Philadelphia Fight - Customer Case Study

Philadelphia FIGHT is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with HIV/AIDS. A key part of their mission was providing digital literacy through 27 public computer centers, but their small IT team was overwhelmed with managing nearly 300 workstations spread across the city. They needed a way to efficiently maintain the machines and protect them from malware without a large support staff. They turned to Faronics for a solution.

Faronics implemented its Deep Freeze and WINSelect software. This reboot-to-restore solution allowed the computers to be returned to a clean, standard configuration with every restart, eliminating manual troubleshooting. This saved significant IT time, enhanced security, and ensured computers were always available for the community. Faronics' solution enabled Philadelphia FIGHT to manage all 27 centers effectively with a drastically reduced IT team, ensuring their digital literacy mission could continue without interruption.
