Zalora's Last-Mile Delivery Transformation with FarEye

Zalora, Singapore’s leading e-commerce fashion and footwear platform operating across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, faced complex last‑mile challenges as it scaled: continuous onboarding and validation of new drivers, limited real‑time visibility across its network, inefficient routing and navigation, and weak proof‑of‑delivery processes. To tackle these issues, Zalora partnered with FarEye and adopted FarEye’s delivery management solution.

FarEye implemented a driver app with identification/approval, real‑time visibility and navigation, electronic proof of delivery, and external client tracking.
