How Tata Steel leveraged predictive intelligence to gain complete end-to-end visibility

Tata Steel FAMD, part of Tata Steel, was struggling with fragmented logistics: lack of end-to-end visibility, poor ERP/TMS integration, delayed deliveries, high en-route pilferage and inaccurate KPIs. To address these challenges they engaged FarEye, deploying FarEye Transportation with machine-learning predictive intelligence, electronic proof of delivery (ePoD) and seamless consignor ERP/transporter TMS integration.

FarEye implemented a unified platform that automated data exchange, digitized documentation, integrated fleet and consignee systems, and delivered 360° operational visibility. The solution drove measurable impact: 100% operational visibility, 32% reduction in loading/transit/unloading TATs, 57% reduction in theft and pilferage, collaboration across 20+ stakeholders, and identification/alerts for roughly $1M in theft — demonstrating FarEye’s clear business value.
