Hilti, a global leader in construction products and services present in over 120 countries, faced poor customer experience due to lack of real-time visibility once shipments left the warehouse, inability to integrate disparate 3PL data, frequent customer calls about shipment status, and declining delivery transparency. To remedy this, Hilti partnered with FarEye and deployed FarEye’s low-code Intelligent Delivery Management Platform to centralize data and improve end-to-end freight visibility.
FarEye implemented real‑time tracking, ML-driven 3PL task allocation, live dashboards, automated ETAs and notifications, digital proof-of-delivery and analytics. As a result of FarEye’s solution, Hilti achieved a 6% increase in On Time In Full (OTIF), a 12–15% gain in stakeholder productivity, 100% automation of delivery processes, a 50% reduction in daily internal calls about shipment status and 2–3 hour reductions in warehouse loading time—delivering an Amazon‑like experience to customers.
