Couriers Please's Digital Transformation Journey with FarEye

Couriers Please, a leading parcel delivery service in Australia, launched its "Digital Futures" program to modernize logistics and meet rising customer and merchant expectations. Facing challenges around shipper onboarding, real-time delivery visibility across a vast geography, and the need to improve delivery efficiency and reliability, Couriers Please selected FarEye to power a new Customer Business Portal (FarEye’s Grow) as part of its transformation.

FarEye implemented a self-service Customer Business Portal that lets merchants book orders, view real-time track-and-trace, generate labels, check rates, and use address verification to improve first-attempt deliveries while orchestrating last-mile fulfillment through Couriers Please’s network. The FarEye solution is designed to increase delivery capacity and create new revenue opportunities, with explicit targets to onboard 3,500 merchants and handle 12 million parcels in the first year, while reducing cost-per-delivery and improving on-time performance.
