Premier American Cabinet Manufacturer, a long-standing North American cabinet maker, faced operational and customer-experience issues including lack of shipment visibility, no option for customers to book delivery slots, high rates of partial deliveries, and low NPS. To resolve these gaps the company engaged FarEye and its AI-powered last-mile platform to modernize delivery orchestration and customer-facing tracking and scheduling.

FarEye implemented real-time visibility, dynamic customer-controlled scheduling, optimized routing and exception management integrated with carriers. As a result, delivery success improved to 73%, Customer NPS rose by 34 points, OTIF improved by 16%, 86% of orders had successful status updates reducing WISMO, more than 55% of orders were self-scheduled by customers, and manual intervention was cut by ~50% — all delivered via FarEye’s platform.
