Global Pizza Delivery Company faced pressure to reduce its delivery turnaround below 30 minutes while rapidly scaling safe, contactless deliveries and improving KPI benchmarking and visibility of delivery executives. To address this, the customer partnered with FarEye and deployed FarEye’s Intelligent Delivery Management Platform (low-code SaaS) including in-app gamification and contactless delivery features.
FarEye implemented in-app gamification, ML-driven task allocation, milestone-based real-time tracking, geo-fencing and contactless proof-of-delivery with temperature timestamps, plus instant exception alerts. The result: delivery time dropped 27% (from 30 to 22 minutes), more than 1.4 million contactless deliveries executed since April 2020, 100% visibility of delivery executive health with timestamps, improved fleet productivity and more accurate KPI-driven incentives.
