Jolly Pirates, Aruba’s pirate-themed boat tour operator, needed a better way to manage mandatory guest waivers before boarding. Using a third-party system created matching issues between waivers and bookings and slowed down check-in, making it difficult for staff to quickly verify whether each customer had signed.

FareHarbor implemented FareHarbor Waivers, its free in-house waiver management tool, giving Jolly Pirates a centralized way to create, manage, and verify waivers directly in the FareHarbor Dashboard. The result was faster check-ins and smoother operations, with more than 8,800 waivers signed in two months and a 100% waiver completion rate before departure.
