The Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show, a must-see athletic competition and entertainment attraction in Ketchikan, Alaska, needed a better way to handle high volumes of walk-up ticket sales. Their front desk could only serve one customer at a time, which created long lines and made it difficult to process visitors quickly during their busy season.
