Mitotec Precision boosts titanium part output 10x with FANUC

Mitotec Precision, a supplier of precision machined components, was struggling to meet increasing demand for a titanium part while facing a skilled labor shortage. To avoid a costly expansion, the customer turned to FANUC America Corporation and its authorized system integrator, Hydromat, for a solution involving CNC rotary transfer machines.

FANUC America Corporation implemented two FORCE Hybrid rotary transfer machines equipped with FANUC Series 30i-B CNC controls and an integrated FANUC LR Mate 200iD robot. This solution resulted in a 10x increase in output, improved part quality, and significantly optimized efficiency. The standardization on FANUC controls also led to smoother operations and increased productivity for Mitotec Precision.
