The solution involved integrating several FANUC robotic models to automate material handling processes. This implementation by FANUC and MCRI drastically reduced downtime, allowing the company to reach its OEE goal of 97.5%. Additionally, the automation resulted in a 25% increase in output, equating to approximately 30 million more units per month.
