To address this, Tannico partnered with Fanplayr and used its behavioral data segmentation capabilities to better understand live shopping activity and improve conversion efficiency.

Fanplayr helped Tannico deliver personalized product information, cart recommendations, and targeted promotional incentives timed to user behavior. The results included a 42% higher conversion rate in initial A/B tests versus the control group, 34,000 new orders in 2020, and 13% of total revenue generated through Fanplayr activity, while also reducing promotional spend and improving profit margins.
