Iterate.ai uses Fanplayr to help Iterate Studio discover and curate disruptive technologies from start-ups around the world, then run rapid proof-of-concept experiments with a sampling of site visitors. The challenge was to quickly measure the business impact of new ideas across under-performing visitor segments that represented roughly 15% to 25% of site traffic.

Fanplayr supported 14 proof-of-concept A/B split tests across 10 iterate member retailers, focusing on those under-performing segments. Across five KPIs, the tests delivered average lifts of 20.9% in revenue per visit, 14.5% in conversion rate, 13.0% in AOV, 13.3% in estimated net margin dollars, and 7.7% in new customer acquisition rate, showing measurable gains from Fanplayr’s experimentation approach.
