Infinity+ is an on-demand video streaming platform from the Mediaset Group and one of the first SVOD services in Italy. To increase onsite engagement and encourage users to spend more time browsing content, Infinity+ worked with Fanplayr to improve how inactive visitors were re-engaged on the site.

Fanplayr implemented a “How do you feel today?” engagement widget that appeared when users stayed inactive on a page for too long. Based on the emotion selected, users were directed to a relevant category page with films matching their mood. The approach was effective: 50% of users who interacted with the Fanplayr widget continued browsing and watched at least one new piece of content, while Infinity+ also noted the benefit of Fanplayr’s fully managed Customer Success support in adapting strategies over time.
