F.O. International, a manufacturer and distributor of children’s clothing and sundries, was struggling to improve the effectiveness of its conventional email marketing, which had reached a performance ceiling and required too much time to optimize. Fanplayr implemented behavioral targeting with a streaming email content function to deliver cart abandonment emails and timed reminder messages to customers based on their in-cart selections. The approach produced strong results versus conventional email marketing, driving a 174% open rate, 196% click rate, and 490% conversion rate, while freeing up operations and improving the depth and relevance of outreach.
