ARKnets, a men’s and women’s fashion e-commerce site carrying more than 700 brands, needed a web-based customer engagement tool that could deliver personalized messaging to much finer visitor segments than standard tools allow. To better analyze repeat customers and support its many fans, ARKnets adopted Fanplayr’s behavioral analytics and targeting platform, including capabilities such as repeat analysis and RFM analysis.
Fanplayr analyzed onsite shopper behavior and recommended a targeting strategy focused on specific under-performing visitors. As a result, ARKnets saw its conversion rate increase by 198%, demonstrating a significant measurable impact from Fanplayr’s personalization efforts.
