The Belgian media company DPG Media, through its popular newspaper HLN, faced a challenge with its outdated and non-mobile-responsive fantasy sports platform, Gouden Spelen. Fan Arena developed and maintained all fantasy games using its Fantasy Platform, which included a CMS and a business intelligence tool. This solution provided a modern, cohesive user experience and enabled efficient game management. The results were highly successful, with hundreds of thousands of paid teams created and year-on-year growth, even after a price increase, while drastically reducing the operational workload for the DPG Media team.
