Zicket, a major event ticketing and RFID service provider in Hong Kong and Singapore, needed a secure and reliable way to equip event staff with pocket-sized mobile devices for NFC/RFID transactions. Their challenge was to manage devices centrally, support offline transaction storage in venues with unstable connectivity, and maintain secure single-app usage across large-scale event operations. Famoco provided the FX100 mobile device and MDM platform to meet these needs.

Famoco implemented secure Android FX100 devices managed through its web-based MDM, enabling Zicket to remotely configure devices, push apps and updates over the air, lock devices into kiosk mode, and process transactions offline. As a result, Zicket handled over 7 million NFC transactions, deployed 750+ devices, and supported more than 12 hours of service per day over three months while running three major events simultaneously, significantly improving operational efficiency and reliability.
