ATALIAN Global Services - Customer Case Study

ATALIAN Global Services, a leading French integrated services group, needed a more reliable way to monitor working hours for its security personnel across Lancry sites. Before 2017, attendance was tracked with paper time sheets, creating risks of falsification, administrative errors, slow absence management, and data-privacy concerns. Famoco provided the digital clock-in/out solution used in the project.

Famoco implemented a centralized clock-in system based on FX100+ badge readers and RFID employee badges, connected to an online platform and the company ERP. Employees clock in and out digitally, managers receive alerts for delays, and attendance data is tracked in real time with remote badge/device management. The solution was deployed across all 550 sites in France, covering 4,500 people, improving payroll transparency, speeding up staffing responses, and helping ATALIAN strengthen service quality and CSR commitments.
