Case Study: MasMovil secures and remotely manages Samsung tablets with FAMOC by Techstep

MásMóvil, a major telecommunications provider in Spain, faced the challenge of needing to remotely manage and secure a large fleet of Samsung tablets across its 500 retail stores. The devices required a customized, locked-down kiosk mode interface. To address this, they partnered with vendor Techstep and employed its FAMOC mobile device management solution.

Techstep's solution utilized the FAMOC platform, enrolling all devices via Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment. A FAMOC Digital Label was implemented to identify each tablet on the launcher screen. The vendor's partner, MS4B, also developed a biometric contract signing application. This implementation allowed MásMóvil to effectively manage its entire fleet, secure the devices in kiosk mode, and facilitate the financing process for its customers.
