Abba House is a 15-month residential recovery ministry for women dealing with addiction and abuse that had been managing all client files on paper with shared cabinet keys, lost or misplaced records, and little staff accountability or visibility into student outcomes. To address this, Abba House engaged FAMCare and implemented FAMCare human services software (Rapid Case Management Software) to move off paper and centralize client data.

FAMCare deployed case management, document repository and letter template modules, Visions Query Designer reporting, and KickStart implementation services, plus tailored intake/referral workflows and a new pre/post assessment form; FAMCare also delivered four meaningful reports for funders. The result was removed paper files, improved security and caseworker accountability, faster reporting and analytics, the ability to track recidivism and graduate outcomes, and increased funding and staff capacity to focus on complex cases.
