With about 200 users at the moment, The Finnish National Opera and Ballet has been using Falcony since 2016

Finnish National Opera and Ballet, a medium-sized performing arts organization with around 550 salaried staff and many temporary workers and visiting artists, needed a better way to manage safety observations, accidents, and near misses. Before using Falcony, incidents were tracked in Excel, by email, or on paper, creating a lot of manual work and making it harder to follow up consistently.

Falcony implemented a user-friendly mobile reporting platform that the opera and ballet now use for safety reporting, especially on stage and in the stage property room, with plans to expand further. The setup was quick, internal administration is simple, and reaction times have become much shorter; Falcony also improved transparency and ensured observations are actually processed and closed with clear actions, helping support a broader safety culture.
