Itis, Finland’s largest shopping centre, needed a faster way to handle safety and security incident reporting. Before using Falcony, staff recorded incidents in Word files and transferred statistics into Excel, which took a lot of time and kept the radio channel busy with reporting.

Falcony implemented its mobile incident reporting application for Itis, allowing staff to log incidents directly in the field and send data straight to statistics. Falcony also improved real-time communication, enabled photo attachments and comments to speed up issue resolution, and freed up several hours of monitoring staff time each day.
