Samla Capital chose Falcony’s tenant portal to improve tenant communication and make information easier to access across its multi-user properties in Finland. Before Falcony, tenant updates were sent mainly by email and attachments, which made it hard to ensure messages reached the right people and left key documents and details scattered in different places.

Falcony implemented the tenant portal across all of Samla Capital’s multi-user properties in May 2021, giving property managers, facility managers, tenants, and even all tenant employees access through open links. The result was a central information hub for bulletins, defect reporting, support services, contact details, and vacant premises, which reduced the team’s workload and improved transparency and user experience; Samla Capital reported positive tenant feedback and easier, more unified ways of working across locations.
