Keva Chose Falcony to Be Closer to Their Tenants in Their Commercial Rental Spaces

Keva, a Finnish real estate company managing commercial rental spaces, needed a better way to communicate with tenants than scattered email threads and hard-to-maintain site-specific websites. Before Falcony, information was difficult to keep up to date, contact lists were fragmented, and tenant communication was slow and cumbersome. Keva chose Falcony’s tenant portal to modernize how it shares information with tenants and property stakeholders.

Falcony was implemented in spring 2021 and quickly expanded from one property to many, giving Keva a single place for tenant communication, welcome instructions, checklists, manuals, contact details, rescue plans, maintenance logs, and other property-specific information. The result was more transparent communication, easier access to information, better tenant involvement, and time savings for staff, especially property managers. Falcony also improved tenant satisfaction and helped Keva support 60+ properties and 580,000 m² of rental space with a more efficient, self-service model.
