Veolia PET Norway, part of Veolia, needed a better way to report incidents and communicate across shifts when it launched its new plant in 2020. With most employees working on mobile devices and only a few having computer access during shifts, the team wanted a multilingual system that could handle safety reporting, near misses, risks, and day-to-day communication in one place.
Falcony provided the incident reporting and communication platform Veolia PET Norway implemented in March 2021, and the team quickly expanded its use to shift handovers, goods reception, calibration tracking, and general internal updates. With Falcony, Veolia PET Norway says it operates 95% paper free, has streamlined operations, improved transparency and follow-up, and is confident it is saving money through more efficient processes.
