Kämp Collection Hotels, a Finnish hotel group with about 500 people involved in reporting deviations, needed a faster and more reliable way to handle safety and incident reporting across its hotels and restaurants. Before Falcony, employees used Word forms, PDFs, email, and manual Excel tracking, which made reporting slow, reduced visibility, and made statistics difficult to produce.
Falcony introduced an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly deviation reporting app that let Kämp Collection Hotels customize categories and metrics, share reports more easily, and keep its own data. Adoption was immediate, reporting volumes more than doubled, and Petteri Sistonen said report handling time dropped from about 10 minutes to 3 minutes, a time saving of more than 66%; employees also saved at least half their time on reporting.
