Citycon, a leading owner and operator of shopping centres in the Nordics and Baltics, was managing quality audits and incident reporting in Finland with pen, paper, Excel sheets, Word documents, and emails. This made monthly inspections across 20 shopping centres heavy, time-consuming, and hard to track, especially when trying to compare service providers or follow up on handover issues. Citycon turned to Falcony, using its Audit and Observe modules to digitize these processes.

With Falcony, Citycon’s service providers now complete audits in the app, add photos and signatures on site, and managers can review dashboards, compare locations, and track deviations more easily. The Observe module also made daily reporting of cleanliness, maintenance, and security issues faster and encouraged more spontaneous observations. Falcony helped Citycon improve communication, streamline operations, and significantly increase time savings, supporting 960 audits per year and clearer access to all reports and statistics.
