Fairing's solution captured zero-party data by asking customers "How did you hear about us?" and then used its recategorization tools to analyze the open-text "Other" responses. This process revealed that many customers were mentioning specific podcasts and influencers that were previously hidden. By leveraging Fairing's platform, Mando decreased its "Other" responses by 3.12% and improved its Podcast CPA by 9.2%, allowing the brand to confidently reinvest in and scale its podcast advertising strategy.
