SHoP Architects embeds ESG risk data into architectural models with Fair Supply

SHoP Architects, a prominent architecture firm, sought to embed ESG risk data directly into its model-based design workflows to better understand the ethical and environmental impact of its material and supplier choices. To address this challenge, they partnered with Fair Supply and adopted its Supply Chain Assessment solution, which includes Modern Slavery Risk and Carbon Emissions Accounting software.

Fair Supply provided a platform that integrated real-time forced labor and carbon risk data directly into SHoP's architectural models. This allowed the firm to visualize risks, create a centralized library of sourcing insights for future projects, and enhance transparency for client reporting. A key outcome was the development of an API integration to enable live ESG analysis across their entire project portfolio, empowering more informed decision-making from the earliest design stages.
