Prudential Poland From Process Automation To Sales Channel Integration

Prudential Poland, part of the global Prudential financial services group, needed a more flexible insurance platform to support rapid growth, automate customer lifecycle processes, and enable new sales channels. Its existing launch systems were difficult to integrate, slow for tablet-based sales, and required too much manual work, limiting product changes and channel expansion.

Fadata implemented its INSIS process platform, combining out-of-the-box functionality with rapid configuration, customization, and open integration. The result was a smoother go-live, faster tablet-based sales, automated policy servicing, easier partner integration, and reduced manual work for regulations and claims; Prudential also cut the time to prepare new product features by half and saw major process improvements, such as anniversary letter preparation becoming fully automatic.
