Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik From Core Process Automation To Digital Transformation

Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik (AHE), one of Turkey’s largest pensions and life insurance providers, was struggling with a legacy core system that consumed about 65% of IT resources on bug fixes, slowed product changes to months, and made it difficult to keep up with regulatory change and digital channel integration. To address this, AHE selected Fadata’s INSIS process platform, working with implementation partner EY, to modernize core pensions and insurance operations.

Fadata implemented INSIS with extensive prototyping, gap analysis, and data migration, enabling AHE to handle Turkey-specific pension rules, auto-enrolment, and complex integrations with banking, mobile, government, and internal systems. The project migrated 2.3 million policies and hundreds of millions of transaction records over a single long weekend, reduced time-to-market for new products from 3-4 months to about one week, and enabled automation in major processes such as policy surrender, with labor savings of up to 50% in some areas and IT shifting focus from day-to-day fixes toward innovation.
