Faculty was engaged to help create a strategic insights tool using AI to map the movement patterns of this vulnerable population.

Faculty developed a new insights tool that employs probabilistic matching and AI to clean and organize the fragmented data from multiple boroughs and service providers. This solution replaced tedious administrative tasks and provided, for the first time, a clear picture of how grants were spent and how people moved between boroughs. The measurable impact was substantial, with 32 London boroughs onboarded, 12 service providers supplying data, and 151 total users actively utilizing the tool to make more informed decisions.
