Major Department Store faced a holiday-season challenge to drive more foot traffic to its Cosmetics & Fragrances departments using mobile advertising. The campaign delivered a 0.14% overall visit rate, with Factual’s Holiday Beauty Shopper segment generating a 0.55% visit rate, and revealed behavioral insights—38% of conversions occurred on Friday and Saturday—giving the retailer holistic measurement and actionable timing data.
