A FACTS Case Study
St Rita’s College is an independent Catholic day school for girls (years 5–12) in Clayfield, Queensland, educating around 1,200 students. The finance office faced a fragmented, paper-based tuition process with multiple payment channels, annual direct-debit renewals, limited visibility into cashflow and less than half of families on automatic payment plans—creating heavy administrative burden and compliance concerns.
After implementing FACTS Tuition Management for the 2022 school year, St Rita’s streamlined billing, improved communication with families and integrated payments with their student system. Within a year about 80% of families were on automatic plans (up from <50%), outstanding payments fell from 4% to 2% in year one and were tracking under 1% by mid-2023, while administration, receipting and cashflow forecasting became far more efficient.
