King’s Baptist Grammar School - Customer Case Study

King’s Baptist Grammar School is a co-educational R–12 Christian school in South Australia that has grown from 38 students at founding to more than 1,200 across two campuses. Rapid enrolment growth exposed the limits of a manual, multi-method tuition process—term-by-term billing, frequent unexpected charges and heavy administrative work created confusion for families and threatened to require a dedicated debtors resource.

In 2016 King’s implemented FACTS Tuition Management, moved to annual billing and automated payments, and made tuition management paperless. As a result more than 85% of families are on automatic plans, collection rates exceed 96% year-round, general payment queries have dropped by about 95%, and the school has absorbed a 25% rise in enrolments without increasing administrative staff while gaining better reporting, cash-flow visibility and a simpler family payment experience.
