Denver Zoological Foundation, home to more than 600 species at its 80-acre Denver facility, was working with an outdated tape-based backup system that made recovery slow, time-consuming, and costly. The organization needed a better disaster recovery approach to protect critical servers, applications, and databases and to restore its IT environment more quickly after a major outage.
