When Sun City Texas needed to install and integrate HVAC controls across their 5,300 acre community, FSG was there with Clarity

The Sun City Texas Association faced a challenge with two cumbersome proprietary energy management systems that were difficult to operate and lacked remote control capabilities for their eight community buildings. Seeking to consolidate control and reduce recurring maintenance costs, they partnered with Facility Solutions Group (FSG) to implement a new solution.

Facility Solutions Group installed their Clarity® Energy Management system, integrating 86 wireless thermostats that provided real-time data on a centralized dashboard. This solution gave Sun City the desired remote control from any wireless device and the flexibility to easily expand the system in the future. The $54,000 project was completed successfully, with the customer's facilities manager praising FSG for their exceptional performance on the demanding contract.
