A large auto manufacturer in Ohio faced the challenge of upgrading its facility to energy-efficient LED lighting with minimal disruption to its 24/7 production schedule. The project required a contractor capable of working under tight deadlines in a restrictive, confidential environment. Facility Solutions Group (FSG) was selected to partner on this large-scale lighting retrofit.

FSG procured the products and developed procedures to execute the project more efficiently than originally thought possible. The results included an annual energy reduction of 13,469,574 kWh, saving the customer $915,714 per year. FSG successfully replaced 10,272 fixtures, which improved the lighting quality and working environment while significantly reducing maintenance costs and the plant's environmental impact.
