The retail customer Farmers Home Furniture was facing high energy bills due to outdated lighting in its facility. The vendor, Facility Solutions Group, approached the customer about participating in the Georgia Power Small Commercial Direct Install Program to address this challenge.

Facility Solutions Group implemented a lighting upgrade, replacing 292 fixtures. The project, which leveraged a significant utility incentive, resulted in substantial energy savings. The customer achieved an annual kWh reduction of 70,952 and will see a return on their investment in less than 1.5 years.
