LED Lighting Upgrade and Rebate Management

Facility Solutions Group (FSG) was engaged by Pacificap Management to provide an energy-saving lighting upgrade for the Arioso Apartments in Albuquerque. The challenge was to update the property's outdated lighting while taking advantage of the substantial rebates and incentives offered by the local public utility company.

FSG implemented a comprehensive LED lighting solution, installing new fixtures throughout the property's exterior, common hallways, pool area, offices, and individual apartment units. The project resulted in significant energy savings of 570,977 kWh annually, translating to $65,000 in savings. FSG facilitated incentives that covered 77% of the project cost, allowing the upgrade to be completed for only 23% of the total cost to the customer.
