IBC Bank was concerned about the safety of its customers and employees due to inadequate lighting in its Austin parking lot. The vendor, Facility Solutions Group, recommended and implemented a lighting retrofit, replacing old can lights with new LED flat panel fixtures.

Facility Solutions Group coordinated its construction and electrical teams to cut new openings in a concrete overhang and execute the installation quickly. As a result, FSG increased light levels from 10 to over 30 foot-candles, creating uniform lighting while also reducing the bank's energy load by 1.6kWh.
